GiveMore in our community
Giving more goes beyond what we do at the office.Our Smile & Give™ program provides team members four paid days each year to volunteer in their communities with nonprofit organizations of their choice. We also contribute 1% of top line sales to support causes focused on helping people. This was inspired by Yvon Chouinard's 1% For The Planet program (Chounard founded Patagonia Inc.) that encourages companies to give 1% of top line sales to support environmental causes.
